Chef Daniela Mass

My favorite thing about being a chef is watching someone eat something I have cooked that they have never tried before (be it a dish or a ingredient) and realizing it's their new favorite food. I am a big believer in trying new things, especially when it comes to food. Since I was a child I have always loved food from other cultures. That how I gained such a broad knowledge and understanding of different ingredients and their uses. I use this knowledge to create and alter recipes for my clients so even if they have any allergies or other dietary restrictions I can easily make them yummy food.

I have worked in fine dining restaurants, hospitals, a cooking school and people's homes. Wherever I have worked I have always tried to provide my customers, students, and clients with delicious, nutritious food whether they had special dietary needs or not.
